Angela and Christina established The Green as a heartfelt homage to their Lebanese heritage and the significant experiences from their upbringing in suburban Brisbane, where they were surrounded by a diverse community of immigrant families.

 

Their restaurant is a celebration of Middle Eastern cuisine, deeply rooted in the hospitality and generosity that are hallmarks of their cultural background.
